VCC is dedicated to employing US Veterans with specific emphasis on the hiring and training of Service Disabled Veterans as managers of our call center agents
There are in excess of 40,000 paralyzed veterans who suffer from spinal dysfunction as a result of war injuries and use wheelchairs. Only about 30% of these disabled individuals are currently employed because many employers do not want to incur the additional costs of training and providing special accommodations required by disabled individuals
Individuals who embody such characteristics as integrity, leadership, respect and teamwork are indeed any business' ideal associate. In working with and through major Veterans organizations, VCC is not only able to employ Veterans who embrace these ideas, but employ them at a very livable wage. Through the package of benefits offered to them, they are able to continue their education and become certified in industry related positions - insuring their ability to provide long term for their family's welfare.
To reach this group of honored Americans, relationships have been and are continually being forged with many organizations. These relationships provide access and communications to not only our veterans, but also with their families and care givers.
